Maj Deborah Wayland, CAP
Major Deborah Wayland joined Civil Air Patrol in June 2009 . Prior to her being appointed Commander of the Anderson Composite Squadron, she served as Deputy Commander of Cadets for 5 years. Maj Wayland holds many qualifications in Emergency Services ranging from Ground Team Leader to Flight Line Marshaller.
Maj Wayland is a Mechanical Engineer currently working at the Oconee Nuclear Station in Seneca, SC.

Capt Jared Mohler, CAP
Captain Mohler joined Civil Air Patrol as a cadet in December 2006. Joining in Columbus, Ohio, Capt Mohler soon after transferred to the Winston Salem Composite Squadron in Winston Salem, NC where he spent 4 years before returning to Columbus, Ohio.
In Capt Mohler's time as a cadet, he attended 8 encampments, 4 National Cadet Special Activities, and numerous other state and local activities. Capt Mohler reached the grade of Cadet Colonel as a cadet.
Currently, Capt Mohler attends Clemson University as a Political Science major.
C/Col Tyler Hoover
Cadet Colonel Hoover joined Civil Air Patrol in September 2010 as a cadet of Coastal Charleston Composite Squadron, located in Charleston, South Carolina. During his 5 years there, C/Col Hoover served in all positions of staff, culminating in his service as cadet commander. In addition to his service at the squadron level, C/Col Hoover has attended 4 encampments, 6 National Cadet Special Activities, and countless squadron, wing, and region events. He currently serves as the SCWG Cadet Emergency Services Officer, MER Cadet Advisory Council Vice Chairman, and National Cadet Advisory Council Strategic Communications Officer.
C/Col Hoover currently attends Anderson University as a Criminal Justice major with a concentration in Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness
